Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Locations:
We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Shipping Time:
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

3. Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹699

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹699

4. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with tracking details.

Returns & Replacements

1. Return Eligibility:
Due to the nature of herbal and wellness products, returns are only accepted if:

  • You receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product

  • You raise a return request within 3 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging or invoice

  • Herbal products that are perishable in nature

3. How to Request a Return:

4. Refund Process:
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or credited as store credit.
